If the Company elects to process your refund request, the Company is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to the Company. Upon the Company’s receipt of your returned Product(s), the Company will credit the amount paid for the returned Product (less the original shipping and handling costs) to the same Payment Method you used to make the original purchase on the Website. The Company is not responsible for when a specific credit card or payment company processes the transaction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company does not provide refunds for returned Products that are not in their original condition, except for any authorized or intended use of the Product(s) by the customer.
